For all returns we issue store credit only. Refunds are not available. Personalized/custom jewelry and earrings cannot be returned for store credit or refund.
The customer has 14 days to return jewelry except (personalized/custom made jewelry and earrings for hygienic reasons) starting from the time the tracking number says the order was received. We offer refunds and store credit. We only offer exchanges for defective item(s). The customer may return the item received within the refund policy timeframe and repurchase a new item or ask for store credit.
There is a $7.95 restocking fee to return jewelry back to Bella Valentina. Bella Valentina will provide the shipping label. Please use a padded envelope/bubble mailer when shipping jewelry. Bella Valentina will not be held responsible if the item received is damaged or lost. All items must be returned in the same condition in which the customer received it.
Once Bella Valentina receives the package, Bella Valentina will review the returned items and if approved will process the customer's refund. Bella Valentina holds the right to refuse any return. If in the event that Bella Valentina does not approve the returned items, the customer will be notified by email and the item will be sent back to the customer.
We do not refund original shipping charges. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to show in your account.
Please open, examine, and try on the purchased item(s) immediately after receiving the order. The customer must report a damaged item within 48 hours of when the tracking says the order was recieved. Picture proof must be provided and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
In the rare case that the customer receives a damaged item, Bella Valentina will resend the item free of charge.
A majority of Bella Valentina's items are handmade, although the items go through multiple quality checks, sometimes there can still be minor human errors. Once picture proof is provided we will examine the item and determine whether or not it is a minor human error. Bella Valentina holds the right to refuse a reshipment of an item, so if it is determined the damage is a minor human error, we will not process the reshipment of the item. Bella Valentina will only reship the same item as the damaged item that you originally purchased. If the damaged item that the customer originally purchased is not in stock the customer may choose a new item of equal or lesser value as long as the item was returned within the 30 day window.
Bella Valentina will not be held liable to any lost or misroute parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send an email to email@example.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a store credit will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will offer a store credit as long as it is with in the 14 day window.
