Personal/Private Jeweler Service

 

Bella Valentina provides personal/private jeweler services as well. We cut out the middle man to save the customer money and time. To set up a consultation please email: info@bellavalentinacollection.

Personalization and/or Customization Policy

Please reach out to sales@bellavalentinacollection.com if you’d like to request custom ring sizes, custom chain lengths, or have additional questions regarding jewelry personalizations and customizations. We will try our best to accommodate our customers.

Please note for personalizations and/or customizations there may be an additional charge, possible longer production time, and all customized pieces are final sale.

Refund and Exchange Policies

The customer has 30 days to return jewelry ( except earrings for hygienic reasons and personalized/custom jewelry) starting from the time the tracking number says the order was received. We offer refunds and store credit. We do not accept exchanges. However, the customer may return the item received within the refund policy timeframe and repurchase a new item.

There is a $7.95 restocking fee to return jewelry back to Bella Valentina. Bella Valentina will provide the shipping label. Please use a padded envelope/bubble mailer when shipping jewelry. Bella Valentina will not be held responsible if the item received is damaged or lost. All items must be returned in the same condition in which the customer received it.

Once Bella Valentina receives the package, Bella Valentina will review the returned items and if approved will process the customer's refund. Bella Valentina holds the right to refuse any return. If in the event that Bella Valentina does not approve the returned items, the customer will be notified by email and the item will be sent back to the customer.

We do not refund original shipping charges. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to show in your account.

Replacement Policies

Please open, examine, and try on the purchased item(s) immediately after receiving the order. The customer must report a damaged item within 48 hours of when the tracking says the order was recieved. Picture proof must be provided and emailed to info@bellavalentinacollection.com

In the rare case that the customer receives a damaged item Bella Valentina will resend the item free of charge. 

A majority of Bella Valentina's items are handmade, although the items go through multiple quality checks, sometimes there can still be minor human errors. Once picture proof is provided we will examine the item and determine whether or not it is a minor human error. Bella Valentina holds the right to refuse a reshipment of an item, so if it is determined the damage is a minor human error, we will not process the reshipment of the item. Bella Valentina will only reship the same item as the damaged item that you originally purchased. If the damaged item that the customer originally purchased is not in stock the customer may choose a new item of equal or lesser value as long as the item was returned within the thirty day window.

Bella Valentina will not be held liable to any lost or misroute parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.

 

Cancellations

The customer may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Otherwise, the customer will receive a partial refund as we have already started the shipping process. Please be sure to thoroughly read our descriptions and processing times.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship to most countries.

 

How do I track my package?

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Bella Valentina's business hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00am to 6:00pm EST. We are closed on the weekends and U.S. holidays. We are a small owned business, so processing shipments may take 24-72 hours from the day the order was placed. If an order is placed on the weekend, the item(s) will be shipped out the following Monday or Tuesday. Once shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.

For the U.S. free ground shipping will take approximately up to 5 to 8 business days, from the time the order is shipped and depending on stock availability. Earlier arrivals are very likely.

For shipping to a country outside of the U.S. you may be subject to import fees or taxes based on the laws of your local jurisdiction. Bella Valentina has no control over these laws and how they are enforced.

For Canada, Australia, and United Kingdom shipping may take up to 5 to 12 business days from when the order is shipped.

For other countries shipping may take up to 28 business days, depending on how fast customs clearances takes place and stock availability in various warehouses.
